Sims3 - Modern Ocean View House

The house has gorgeous views over the ocean and your Sims will have direct access to the beach. The house includes an open plan living room with a fireplace/kitchen/dining room, one bedroom, one bathroom, a study, a fitness room, several balconies, and two parking spaces (one in the garage). On the outside there is a large swimming pool as well as several lounge- and bbq areas.
