Sims3 - Sea Side Escape

This house is best placed what was originally a Community lot, near the Wolff Manor. However, the lot is small enough to fit onto most spaces in Sunset Valley making it completely versatile. It is built into the side of a cliff which adds even more of a rustic beach feel.
