Sims3 - 'The Odyssey' Space Station

EditBy: This space station-inspired contemporary building is completely elevated by column walls. Below the building is a lush, tropical valley extending across the entire Lot, which I found very fun for my Sims! I wanted to Create an extensive Lot in terms of playability, but on the standard 40x30 size so it will fit a variety of places [however it best suits ocean view placement :)]. It has up to 6brms, two cars, a rooftop entertainment area, and amazing views. It is Residential, but `The Odyssey` would make a fun Community Lot, too.
